Built for a western customer, this DAC 2.1B has a few upgrades that make it really special- one of a kind as far as I know!  The 2.1B is a very solid performer in its standard guise, but we decided to take this one to the next level with a full set of Audio Note tantalum resistors, a pair of Mundorf Silver/Oil coupling caps, and Mundorf Supreme Silver/Gold solder.  As expected, this combination of upgrades produced a very pleasing end-result-  it’s clean and accurate sonically, and at the same time balanced and non-fatiguing. This is a DAC that a music lover is going to want to listen to for hours on end.
